Applications for sampling are decided twice a year. Please read the details of our Skeletal Material Sampling Policy before submitting your application form.

The collections of the Anthropological State Collection Munich are available to scientists and graduates for non-commercial, scientific research and for teaching.

Lendings are usually approved to institutions and to commercially active anthropologists with SAM certification.

The Winthir collection consists of about 300 individuals recovered from an old section of the Munich Winthir cemetery, dating from around 1900.
